Bad Headaches, Dizziness, Loss Of Vision, Frequent Urination At Night. Are They Pregnancy Symptoms?

I have really bad headaches and I stay dizzy mostly everyday to the point where I can hardly see. My period is two days late and I sleep a little bit over than normally. Im mostly hungry at night or early in the morning around midnight. I urine more than often some nights, not every night. Crave a little bit not like pregnant people. Could I be pregnant.

Hello,
Your symptoms can be related to early pregnancy, though, they should be substantiated by a HPT a couple of days later with a fresh early morning sample. If you wish for a better and an earlier confirmation, you should get your serum beta-hCG assay as this is more sensitive and specific. If you have never missed a period so far and have always been regular, pregnancy is most likely. Else, suspect hormonal imbalance as cause for the symptoms and get evaluated by a specialist. Hope this helps.
