Bad Headache, Vomiting, Feeling Cold, Weakness. History Of Less Intake Of Food. Opinion?

My husband started with a really bad headache and a few hours later he started complaining he didnt feel well. He has been throwing up for a few hours and cant keep down chicken broth. He is covered in sweat but he says hes cold. He also said he is very weak. Im unsure how to help him. Should I bring him to the hospital or is it just something that will pass on its own? Also he didnt really eat much of anything today, could this be the cause?
