Bad digestion. Remedy?

Dear Doc,
I have absorption symptom in small intestine and very bad digestion power. A normal meal will take double the time for digestion as compare to a normal person. Though my stomach gets cleared everyday but not completely. I have to pass motion immediately after having my afternoon lunch, but I don't fee this at night. What could be reason and how to get rid of this.

Just to inform I have good hunger feel there is no challange.

Hi Meena,
Its not big issue as you thinking of..I will suggest you to maintain appetite by equal diet in lunch & exercise daily & 100 steps walking after lunch or Dinner as you in office or at home..Avoid Junk food..
Make a tea made with herbs for an after dinner dessert with the following recipe.

1 teabag of chamomile tea
1 teabag of peppermint tea
Small amount of raw ginger--or use ginger powder if you have no fresh ginger
Cinnamon (Optional)

If you not getting relief then try Digestive tonic 200ml BD(twice a day) 2 weeks
