Bad Cramps With Blood. Should I Go Back On Birth Control Pills ?

Hi There I decided to go back on birth control pills on Friday as I was having bad cramps and had a slight showing of blood when a wiped, took my pill that morning and continued to do so for the next few days, my period has been pretty non exsistant and had slight brown discharge when I wiped which has since gone away. I have been having cramps on and off but no blood, i have been tired, sore boobs, discharge, feeling sick and dont know what is going on, can any one help as i am getting no anawer any where Donna

Thanks for query,
it seems that you might have some infection in your genital tract.
You start your birth control tab after your period as mentioned in instructions.
Go for vaginal swab test and ultra sound.
