Thanks for asking the query,

Bad breath is usually associated with poor oral hygiene maintainence resulting in plague and food debris accumulation, patients under certain medications like antiepileptic, antidiabetic drugs, respiratiry disorders, GIT disorders.

I would suggest you to get a thorough clinical evaluation by a physicain.

Visit a Dentist and get thorough clinical checkup done.
Go for complete mouth scaling and polishung every six months.
Develop a habit of brushing your teeth twice daily in back and forth up and down motion.
Use chlorhexidine mouthwash gargles twice daily.
Drink plenty of water and keep yourself hydrated.
Get your blood sugar level cheked to rule out diabetes.
Clean your mouth after every meal to prevent plague accumulation.

Hope this helps out.
