Hi,
thanks for using healthcare magic.
I have gone through your available history.
Your symptoms of bad breath and bleeding gums are linked directly to drinking habit.
Bad breath should be because of improper cleaning but you must check your physical checkup including blood amonia level.
bleeding gums are because of vitamin deficiency which usually accompany alcoholics.
black stool are because of occult blood in the stool which may be suggestive of probable bleeding in your small intestine.
You must consult de-addiction center for treatment. meanwhile you can take multivitamins tablet.
I hope you will be fine soon.
thanks

Hi,

Thanks for asking the query,

Bad breath and bleeding gums are associated with your drinking habit.

Bleeding gums occur due to vitamin deficiencies, improper oral hygiene, plague and calculus deposition, consult to a dentist get a checkup done , go for symptomatic treatment of complete mouth scaling and polishing.

Brush teeth twice with a soft bristle toothbrush.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
Take multivitamin tablets.

Black stools indicates bleeding in the small intestine consult to Gasteroenterologist.

Hope this helps out.

Loose black stool is an ominous sign - means BLEEDING in the gastro-intestinal tract.
You should go the emergency department immediately - check your haemoglobin...

Bad breath is from smoking
Bleeding gums may be from poor oral hygiene / deficiency / or liver impairment
