Bad Hemorrhoids. Try Surgery? Will Creams Be Sufficient?
hi i have really bad Hemorrhoids ive tried everything but surgery i dint have the money for it ive used the creams and everything nothing seems to work ive had them for over a week now. they havent shrunk just getting more and more pain out of them i cant find anything that helps i dont know what to do can you please help

hi for bad haemorroids the treatment of choice is definetely surgery.anyway first try broad spectrum antibiotic twice daily antiinflammatory agent twice daily and use of pilout sachets daily twice for five days.if no response within 5 days go for surgical removal at any cost
