Bacterial Infection On Knee, Had Used Sterile Saline Solution For Few Days. Can I Use Soap?
I got a bad bacterial infection of the knee. It started from just an ingrown hair and two days later, my knee was very swollen and red. I spent 48 hrs in the hospital and the last day I had to get the wound lanced to remove pressure and pus. The first 2 days I was advised to use a sterile saline solution, now what should I do? Wash it with soap?
