I have had sudden onset of back pain and discomfort. The main symptom, which is a relentless throbbing sensation in the middle of my back below the bra line. I feel it more so when lying down and sitting. Cannot get comfortable. Since onset I've had numbness,tingling and residual pain in left arm and shoulder,muscle spasms throughout my body including center of lower abdomen. Xrays negative of any significant structural issues. One of my vertebrae on the MRI shows up as black, not the disk but the bone. Throbbing never stops despite muscle relaxers, massage and Aleve. Narcotics were of no use. Pressure from ice packs, massage and Chiropractic adjustments seem to make it worse.
