Hello Surya and welcome
It's better first to diagnose your disease and than take the require treatment according to the disease. In my opinion go for sonography of abdomen to see whether stone are present or not, urine analysis can also help. If that gives you a clear picture than you can start the above said treatment with hot fermentation and local application of anti-inflammatory gels.
The treatment of renal stone and muscular spasm is totally different. Other thing which has to be rule out is Lumber spondylosis.
Hope I have answered your query.
Best Wishes
