Back Pain, Mouth Feel Dry, Ill, Cough. Thyroid Removed. Advice.
Hi good morning Dr. 2 days ago I suffered pain on my back of my bottoms n feel dryness of my mouth , I drink a lot of water.And 4 months now since I have twice Operation of Left n Rigth Tyhroid , I cant understand my body at the moment .On n off im feeling ill., not working since I had my major operation Removal of my THYROID .I have coughing on n off as well connected to my right forehead I fell pain .Thank u Dr.in advance god bless u.

I would advise you to just watch for fever, otherwise cough may go away after couple of days, without any medicine, if you find fever is there then routine investigation may required, but I think it will be fine try some honey before going to bed, and be happy, have nice day.
