Hello and welcome to HCM,

Horse shoe kidney is the term used for condition in which poles of two kidneys are fused together.
This is a hereditary condition.
The fused poles may compress the underlying ureters.
Blocked ureters may cause urine stasis, urinary tract infection and / or pain.
Stenting may help to clear away the blockage and allow free flow of urine.
You will have to wait to see the results.
It may take some time for the symptoms to resolve.

Thanks and take care
