Hi,Dear.Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC.
The pain in back, frequent urination and small amount of blood in urine is mostly due to kidney stones.
The stone can Block the passage of urine and can also cause small amount of bleeding. So do not panic, there is nothing to worry about.
The cancer is associated with these symptoms such as Tiredness
Loss of appetite,Weight loss,A high temperature and very heavy sweating,A pain in the side that won’t go away,A general feeling of poor health.
In your case there are no such symptoms mentioned by you ,possibly you are not having any risk.
But to be on the safer side you should go for the confirmation test suggested by your doctor so that he can rule out any other condition.Keep calm and happy.
Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.
