Back Injury, Radiating Pain, Vertigo. Suggestions?

Hi I fell down the stairs 5 days ago. I slipped fell back and landed on my back the step hit me at the top of my back my head jolted backward with the force but itdid not hit anything. for the first two days I hurt everywhere and was very sore gradually all my aches are dying down but the pain in my spine is bad it feels a lot worse today it is located in the area where I hit it and it is radiating up through my neck. I am also having episodes of vertigo which started yesterday and are quite scary. My gp couldn't see me today. I was wondering if you think it is anything to worry about.

Hi,
Thanks for the query

Based upon the symptoms, you do not have any major neurological problem. But I feel that you should better get examined to rule out pinched nerve so that we can treat you accordingly

Please get back if you need any additional information
Best wishes
