Hello,

Welcome to the forum. It is nice to know that you take marriage seriously. Many men suffer from pre-mature ejaculation. Pelvic exercises under an expert will be a great help to you. You also need to increase your power of concentration so that you can be able to have full control over your urges. It is important for you to practice meditation regularly. Medications can help but temporarily.

You need to consult a physiotherapist as well a counselor who can give you Psychosexual therapy. It will help you to learn about the perineum pressure, PC muscle contraction, thrusting techniques, etc

Eat a well balanced nutritious diet. You should take high protein diet with veggies, fruits, berries. Stay stress-free. You can consult a sexologist if symptoms still persist after your efforts. have patience. It will take a little time to get well.

Have a nice day, take care.
