Back And Chest Discomfort, Feeling Faint, Light Headedness

hi i have had upper back and chest discomfort for a wile now when i take a lung full it feels tite across my back i smoke 20 cigarettes a day and have done for the last 16 years im 29 ! i have what i think is heart bern in one place only that is to the centre left chest. i have had two times now a feeling of passing out light headed eye sight going i had a lay down with my legs in the air felt for a pules could not fined one till i felt better and stood up ??? im male

i would not be at all sure that you have just lung problem or a gastritis problem

your symptoms to me sound more like cardiac attack waiting to happen
you have all the risk factors and symptoms
-male gender
- smoker
-chest discomfort
- lightheadedness

i seriously think you need to get an ecg and dobutamine stress echo, and if need be a coronary angiography
