Baby with persistent bruised, swollen and lumpy upper arm, had fallen causing twisting of arm. Reason?

My 14 month old son has a bruised looking upper arm and it is swollen and lumpy. has not shown any improvement for two months. Don t know if it was an injury or not. possibly i was holding him on sink and he fell in turn twisting the arm (i got scarred and held tight sonhe did not fall tomthe floor i did not notice any bruising from the incident but its the only possibility i know of. )mb even getting worse. looks like Poppeye in that arm and bruises are in spots of reddish purple color. going on mb 3 months.
