Baby Having Diaper Rash, Swollen Vagina. Applied Diaper Rash Cream. No Relief. Treatment?

I have a 21 month old little girl who gets frequent diaper rashes . I use diaper rash cream and it usually goes a way in a couple days. However this time its been a week and they are pretty good size bumps. it started off with just a couple but now there a lot of them and it appears the top of vagina is swollen and thats never happened before. what should i do?

I suggest you should take her to the pediatrician .

She seems to have an infection or cellulitis or may be an irritant contact dermatitis .
They should rule out the above .
I would not advice you to treat it at home .
