Baby Has Cold And Cough, Breathes Through Mouth, Nasal Discharged, Prescribed Maxtra. Right Medicine?

My daughter is 15 months old suffering from cold . We have observed a little bit coughing tendency also. Also during sleeping she is opening her mouth to breath. Day time thick fluids are coming from her nose . Doctor suggested MAXTRA 2.5ml / thrice a day for 3 days. Whether MAXTRA is an antibiotic and doctor has rightly prescribed the medicine?
