my 13 months old boy got loose motion for 3 weeks.2st stool .exam shows no abnormality.today 2nd time was done and it shows PUS CELLS ++ bacteria +++ yeast cells ++ others normal stool pale yellow soft , I wanna know that I need to give him antibiotics? Now, I m giving bioflor 2 times per day.thanks so much and my email address is YYYY@YYYY

As your child is having gastroenteritis you continue probiotic and oral rehydrating solutions sips by sips in equal amounts of losses to prevent dehydration and to maintain hydration and consult your Pediatrician to examine your child hydration status and to start the antibiotic if it is required depending on clinican and stool investigation correlation.
