Baby afraid of travelling in AC coach, cries relentlessly, vomitting. Should we travel in non ac coach so that windows could be opened?

have 2years old daughter she has problems while traveling in AC coach of train, she screams a lot to get down the train to the extend of vomiting , she looks terrified and says words like put off the train, we have experiences of such things recently and we have to get down the train looking to her conditions what kind of problem she may have, i feel that she is afraid of night train journey in closed comartment, will travelling in non ac slipper coach help which has open window as she also asks to open the window relentlessly

Your child has probably claustrophobia or train phobia.This is very common in her age.Don't panic.Take some simple steps. Acclimatise her by taking her on local trains. Get down after one station,if she tolerates this increase the number of stations each time to familarize her with the train journey. Make her train journey interesting.Take some story books or video player to keep her distracted. If serious need occurs and you have to travel in a train ,ask your doctor for a mild and save sedative for the journey.Hope it answers your query.Have a nice day
