Among the various tablets that you are taking s-numblo is for hypertension, vertilac is for BPPV, cortimax is a steroid , XYZAL is an antihistaminic (antiallergic)
S-numblo ia amlodipine with not many side effects (rarely swelling of the feet ie edema can occur)
Cortimax is a steroid which probably might have been given for severe allergic symptoms. Preferable not to take for long duration as it has serious side effects . Short term therapy is fine.
Xyzal is asosociated with mild drowsiness.
Consult your doctor regarding the duration of therapy and act accordingly.
Hope i was of help
