Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Remove a misconception from your mind that it was malaria which causes hyper tension .
Hyper tension is a separate thing and usually related to heart disease.
In your case as treadmill test is abnormal and you are a heart patient . In treadmill report it is mentioned that tolerance is poor .
Parental history of heart disease is there.
In my opinion age is also prone for heart disease .
At the age of 49 years , treadmill abnormal , parental history is concerning. You need to investigated for ECHO to isolate the case . Consult a cardiologist and get hid opinion.
Good luck. Dr. HET
