BP, Had Bleeding Through Anus After Holding Feces For A Long Time. Is It Due To BP Medicines?
Ithought I had to defecate and held it in. When I gothome I felt something running down my leg. I thought it was diahrea but when I went to the bathroom found it was all blood. No stool just blood. I went to the bathroom and nothing but blood came out. Can this be something minor from blood pressure meds or is it always cancer or some other disastrous ailment?

Painless bleeding from anal canal can be due to internal piles, polyp or cancer. My advise will be to get local examination, proctoscopy and colonoscopy/sigmoidoscopy . It will reveal the cause of bleeding.
