Hypertension is a silent killer but single reading is not good enough to diagnose Hypertension you should recheck blood pressure 2-3 times and see is it really high .Take care of diet like avoid saturated fat ,red meat butter. He is short temper then go for meditation and relaxing exercises. Recheck Lipid profile after 3 months if it is still high some medicine may be given. Also BP is high reduce salt in diet and see if high start drug therapy.

I will try my best to answer your query.
Both the values are slightly elevated. Care should be taken in the initial stages, neither it might effect the heart.
Lifestyle modifications; more physical activity. Managing overweight and obesity.
Avoidance of junk foods, fried; rich in oil, salt and sugar, will help.
prevention is always better than cure.

Hope my answer will be helpful for you.

Take care.
