BP 143/91 at the age of 30. Is it OK?

my daughters recent results read 143 over 91 - she just turned thirty Is this good or bad...she was a little dizzy after running/walking on a machine for 30 minutes and decided to check. She hasn't been excercising regularly - she did sit for a few minutes before this a bad result for her?

Hi well come to HCM.
Single BP record will not help to decide HBP. She has to have atleast 6 to 8 readings,
on different days and at differe timing of the day like morning, evening. She being
young better to have more readings before stamping her to be high BP pts, Mental
stress, sleep deficit, physical stress all this can give temporary high records of BP.
