Awful Back Ache, Discomfort Even On Lying, Migraine Causing A Clenched Feeling In Skull, Excessive Thirst. Guidance?

For the last week I ve had awful back ache that s painful and uncomfortable even when lying down I ve got a migraine , feels like my skull is clenched permanently And I crave water and can t drink enough, constantly thirsty Is this anything I should be looking into and being a little cautious ? I do have a runny nose and the sneezes but I think that s just a winter cold

tell me your age, your blood pressure.

if it is due to common cold then improve with symptomatic treatment like, diaminic-DCA, and other.

but if your blood pressure is high then it may be due to adrenal cause then ultrasound- abdomen is needed to rule out adrenal pathology.
