Avid Swimmer, Have Sun Burn, Acne On Shoulders. Swimmer's Itch?
i think i got swimmers itch i have been swimming in a lake latly. i had a bad sun burn and it peeled and now back to normal. but all the sudden the front part of both shoulders broke out with what looks like acne . never had acne before on body and im 31 years old. after looking at pictures and reading on swimmers itch im sure i got it. what should i do to have it go away?

It seems that you might got swimmers itch due to swimming in a lake.
Take antihistamine like Cetrizine as and when require.
Apply some moisturizing lotion on the affected parts.
