At What Stage Should C Section Be Expected In Pregnancy?

I am 35 weeks pregnant and have had a scan that shows that i have posterior placenta that is marginal to the int os. I have had two very traumatic pregnancies prior to this one and the sonographer indicated i would need a c section. I am quite anxious and was wondering if this c section was likely to be performed at about 38 weeks? and not wait to 39 weeks. I also have a history of very large babies.

Hi, You need c -section because of marginal posterior placenta and big size baby . elective c section at 38-39 weeks unless until you start pain and bleeding before that.So take care take rest avoid travel, no intercourse.
