Pediatrician 's  Response
the femoral head radiologically seen at the age of 3-4 months , if developmental dysplasia of the hip ( DDH) exists then there is a risk of femoral head avascular necrosis , if not managed . which leads to maldevelopment of the head of femur and various complications later on .
so I highly recommend to be referred to the pediatric orthopedic as soon as possible.
