At Night, I Frequently Have What I Think Is An

At night, I frequently have what I think is an allergic reaction to something, but it is usually just one leg that reacts. My skin gets very warm, itches, and then when I scratch it, my skin raises. I thought it might be al allergy to polyester as it had been happening when I changed into pajamas made mostly of that, but last night, I put on something different, and was in bed for an hour before the reaction started. My sheets are cotton, I switched detergent to a natural brand and when I was out of town for four days recently, I did not have any reactions. We have two dogs, but I pet them throughout the day and don't have any problems. I cannot see any consistency.
