Aspirin And Painkillers Can Be Taken Together For Ear Pain?

Im suffering from swimmer ear right now. this unbearable pain has caused me to stay up all night and has continued for over over 6-8hours. I took Aspirin at 8:30pm and its now around 4-5 hours after, and i have just taken a 60mg japanese dosage of Pain killers. I heard mixing the two could result in a OD. I am pretty frightful and would like to ask if i should seek a doctor. It is currently 2:00am so i doubt there would be any hospitals open. The pain of my ear wont subside and its driving me insane, stress wise and sleep wise. Will i be ok? My name is Kai Im 16 weight is around 65kg
