Arthritis Like Pain After Started To Use Himalayan Rock Salt For 6 Months. Connections?

Thank you - I have been using Himalayan Rock Salt for the last 6 months or so and over the last 2-3 months have found I have developed very debilitating "arthritis-like pain" and wondered if I there is a connection between using the salt in fairly large amounts and the "arthritis like pain"? I am 60 years old and have not had this before?

Thank you

hello ,
I have read your question,

Himalayan Rock salt is actually an effective treatment for arthritis when taking in optimum amounts ,

For your problem the HR salt may not be a link , Ithink age may be the reason ,

Try taking Calcium rich food like leafy vegetables and milk and check for any improvement for three days if the problem persists,

I suggest you to consult an orthopedician nearby , undergoe an x-ray for further advice ,
Wishing you a good health and quick recovery,
