Armpit Itchy, Red Pimples, Used Allergic Cream, No Relief
Hi Doc About 2 weeks ago my armpits were itching terribly chose to ignore because i thought it would go ago now i have small red pimple they itch like crazy tried not shaving and using deodrant to a few and i used allergic cream but it hasnt gone away bit stressed out now because its the 1st time this has happened dont know what to do.

such kind of itching in the armpits is usually caused by intertrigo which is a combination of bacterial and fungal skin infections.
it happens with a lot of individuals.
the treatment is application of clotrimazole cream and fusidic acid cream twice a day for 10 days.
oral tablet fluconazole 150 mg one tablet once a week for two weeks.
oral antihistaminic tablet levocetrizine 5 mg once a day at night for 10 days.
dusting after bath with clotrimazole dusting powder daily.
taking bath twice daily will be helpful.

1) Keep that part clean and dry by wasing thoroughly with ...,
Ketaconazole soap...after that dusting with Fluconazole dusting powder...,
2) Terbinafine cream on both axilla...,
3) Tab..Fluconazole 150 mg weekly once for 6 weeks...,
