Arm Shaking Uncontrollably, Weakness, Sweating Excessively, Feeling Better On Eating Chocolate. Causes?
Hello, My husband was waiting in the car for me the other day and when I returned to the car he said that he had a sudden spell where his hands were shaking uncontrollably, he felt weak, he was sweating excessively and just felt horrible. There was a small back of Halloween chocolates in the car so he had a few of those and he started to feel better. What was this all about?

The symptoms that you have described are of hypoglycemia or low blood sugar levels. symptoms abate on taking sugary substances. Tremors of hands, palpitations, profuse swearing are symptoms of hypoglycemia. Get the Fasting blood sugar checked.
