Arm pain, tightness. Had high BP during pregnancy. Not overweight

Hi, my left arm has been hurting for a few hours now. Like the feeling when you get your blood pressure taken and it feels really tight. It s pretty much my whole arm. I am overweight . I am 5 3 at 270lbs, female. Had high blood pressure through my pregnancy then it went back down last time it was checked after I had my baby. My son is now 1yrs old. I did not have gestational diabeties. Hope this helps.
