Arm and stomach pain. Consumed alcohol last night. Symptoms of hangover?

I have pain in both sides of my arms and top of stomach . I had a couple of beers last night and when I woke up this morning I felt a little bit of a hangover so I drank soda (coke) first then I drank water with sugar. After I drank it I started with the really bad uncomfortable pain and I honestly don t know what it is.

The simplest explanation for your stomach pain could be excessive gas in the stomach. Alcohol is known to cause gastritis and fizzy drinks add to the problem by producing gas in the stomach. However, if it does not improve in a few hours, please do consult a doctor as it may be something serious. It is unlikely to be a symptom of hangover.

Take care.
