hi doctor, i started shaving my mustache area only at an early age and would not apply anything before or after doing so. i wouldnt even wet the area with water. now my upper mustache area has become black and very sensitive. it burns everytime i shave and even otherwise, it would be of great help to me if you could tell how i could de-darken my skin and bring it back to normal. thank you. please get back to me at YYYY@YYYY .
