Hello,
I understand your concern. Having pain in lower abdomen have some different causes. There are included gynecological infections or problems like ovarian cyst( or some more complicated disease like salpingitis but they are acute disease) , urinary tract infections like cystitis and gastrointestinal problems . Well, all of them have some specific symptoms which make the difference betwen them. About being pregnant, you may check throug Ultrasound. If you haven't had period absence through 6 months and without other symptoms you may not be pregnant. For being sure I suggest you Ultrasound.
I wish my answer was helpful to you!
Best Regards!
