Are Worms In The Chocolate Harmful For Human Body?

Today I was eating some chocolate (not sure how old it is) and I noticed a small white worm about the size of my fingernail. I think I have eaten one And I m not sure if i m going to be. I haven t noticed any weird symptoms yet But I m still worried

Usually Parasitic infestation occurs when cyst form of parasite ingested through undercooked and contaminated food. But still you can investigate with stool routine micro examination and parasite examination through concentration technique to rule out parasite infestation.
