hi I would like to know if you find any white fluids and heartburn is the sign of pregnancy because I took a pregnancy test and came back positive but when I went to the doctor one of them came back negative because lately I ve been having a lot of heartburn along with that you said on foods then just now I vomit all I vomit on my coffee up and even after I eat I still so very nauseous and I took a I took my temperature and it was 98.7 is that a sign of pregnancy I would like to know because my boyfriend thinks that I m pregnant but can also
