Are White Patches On Hands Hereditary?
Hello doctor, we have selected a girl for the alliance with my son. The girls father has white patch on his right hand . I have observed this in the photograph along with his daughter, does this carry forward for the next generation, or if it is a vit. Defficiency can we prevent it with good medication and food . Actually can we move ahead with this alliance ..., i am worried please help me

From your description I am of the opinion that Most causes of vitiligo is non-hereditory . Even then if that's the case, no one should be discriminated on that basis. using pigmenting agents, vitamin D derivatives etc will surely improve the situation. Is ulnar thickened at elbow?
