Are Vomiting, Diarrhea And Severe Nausea Suggestive Of Having Leukopenia?

Hi, I ve been very sick for 2-3 weeks. Severe nausea, vommiting occasionally, diarrhea, weak, sore muscles drowsiness. No fever, but chills and night sweats regularly. I went to my doctor and he ordered blood tests and the WBC was 2.9. All he told me was that I would need to follow up with another blood test next week. He called it leukopenia. Should I be concerned? Is this a sign of cancer present?
