General & Family Physician 's  Response

Hi, I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are most of an yeast infection and along with the ointment you are using you need to take antifungal treatment also if the problem still persists. You can consult your doctor regarding this and try to avoid using tight undergarments which will aggravate itching.

Hope this answers your query.

Regards,
Dr.Alekhya.
