Are Two Rounds Solid Hyperechoic Masses With Calcified Margin At The Anterior And Posterior Uterine Wall Problematic?

please my scan says I have a bulky ,non-gravid and anteverted uterus measuring about 6.2*5.8 in length and AP diameter with heterogeneous myometrium echopattern noted. The endometrial plate is linear and echogenic in appearance. Noted at the anterior and posterior uterine wall respectively are two rounds solid hyperechoic masses with calcified margin measuring about 3.7cm and 2.9cm ni diameter.Please explain.

Hi,

It may be fibroids. If sonography doesn't confirm then go for an MRI for precise diagnosis. Its small in size and need not worry right now if asymptomatic.
