Are Tremors On The Left Side Of The Body And Redness In The Eyes Symptoms Of A Mini Stroke?

I have repeated redness in colored part of eye. 2 nights ago I experienced an odd shake on left side, then upon waking had dry burning in eye, and redness appeared. Blood pressure has been excessively high and Dr. trying me on different meds, scared these may be mini strokes,

None of the symptoms you describe is typical of stroke. A stroke manifests with neurological deficits like speech issues, visual loss, weakness or numbness of the limbs, balance and coordination issues etc. It doesn't cause redness of the eye and neither that shake during sleep should be due to stroke.
