Hi, I feel very giddy sometimes and this has been going on for 2 months, these 2 days i feel a little bit more giddy then usual. I feel imbalance, but only last for afew secs, sometimes i feel like i m riding on a boat. I think my head/scalp hurts abit too especially when i pull my hair . It hurts when i press hard on it too, i don t know whether the dizziness is related to my head/scalp or not. i went to my family doctor and he said it is vertigo . hmm what could it really be?

I have dealt with dizziness off and on for 3 years. When I am tired the symptoms are worse. It is very dis-orienting. I have had vertigo in the past, but this is unlike full blow vertigo. I am not spinning just dizzy. When I lie down I have to put a lot of pillows under my head to be able to relax and go to sleep.

My body temperature is usually at 98.6 today it is sitting at 94/94.5 I am nauseous, dizzy, and have a headache. I feel as though I have vertigo. But I also feel hot. I have been fighting throwing up all day and after dinner I could no longer keep it down. My eyes refuse to focus for long periods. I do not want to go to the ER but I am frightened.
