HDL should be considered as a good cholesterol
LDL considered as bad cholesterol
You have high HDL that is good
But LDL is also high, that require precaution.
If your age is less then 55. no
diabetes, no
hypertension and no treatment of hypertension, no family history of
cardiovascular disease then life style modification is require.
If your age is greater then 55. diabetes, hypertension and taken treatment of hypertension, history of cardiovascular disease then drugs like
statin should be started after consulting cardiologist
Do regular exercise like walking and running daily in morning for 45-60 minutes followed by yoga for 20 minutes.
Avoid high saturated food, take more green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.
Avoid
stress, drink plenty of water
Avoid ghee, butter, oily, fatty food, fast food
Use olive oil in food preparation
