Are There Any Side Effects Of Using IBUGESIC PLUS Instead Of MEFTAL-P?

Dear Doctor, My daughter aged 4 year is having fever from yesterday afternoon and we are using MEFTAL-P. or What is the time frame to use the MEFTAL-P.
Till now fever is 103 only. Can we use IBUGESIC PLUS instead of MEFTAL-P. Please suggest the solution

Hi,
You can give Ibugesic plus instead of Meftal-P syrup.
Important is to give plenty of water to keep him well hydrated so that enough perspiration will bring fever down.
