I recently had anal sex with my boyfriend and it bothered my hemroid usually I put hemroid cream on it and it s fine but this time it hurts and it has a black spot on it now that I never noticed before and it s also hard when I push on it. What is going on do I need to just keep using preparation H

Hello there..Hemorrhoid preparations as such wont cause any side effects..Black spot and increased pain might be a sign of thrombosed hemorrhoids..Get evaluated by a surgeon for further management.Take care.
